These terms apply whenever you use the AgencyLaunch website or register for a live masterclass.
Using this site
You may use this website to read about the AgencyLaunch live masterclass and to register for it. Please use it lawfully and don't interfere with how it works, copy its content for resale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Registering for the masterclass
Registration is free. To save a seat you give us your name, email and phone number through our registration provider, WebinarJam, who sends you webinar access, reminders and updates by email and SMS. Keep your personal join link private — it's issued to you, not transferable.
SMS text messaging program (AgencyLaunch Alerts)
Program name: AgencyLaunch Alerts. Program description: when you register for the masterclass and check the SMS consent box or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from AgencyLaunch with webinar access links, session reminders, replays and occasional program updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically up to 6 messages per week while you're registered). Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or email support@agencylaunchblueprint.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No guarantee of results
The masterclass teaches an approach to growing an agency past $100K per month. It is education, not a promise. Your results depend on your own business, market, offer and effort, and we make no guarantee that you will earn any particular amount.

Our content is ours
The text, design, slides and recordings on this site and in the masterclass belong to AgencyLaunch. You may use what you learn in your own business, but you may not resell, republish or redistribute the materials without our written permission.
Changes and availability
We may change the date, content or format of the masterclass, or take this site down, at any time. If a session is cancelled we'll tell registrants and offer a later date where we can.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AgencyLaunch isn't liable for losses arising from use of this site or attendance at the masterclass, other than for anything we can't legally exclude.
